Returns

Bee Happy Quilting gives a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll replace it or give you your money back if we receive it within 30 days of purchase. In the event that you have been shipped the wrong item or your item is damaged when shipped, it is most helpful if you notify us immediately so that we can replace the item promptly for you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, first call us at 814-694-2126 for best service. Fill out "Items to Be Exchanged" on the back of our invoice, indicating the item you are returning and the new replacement item(s). Please use the product name and number when describing the new item.

Please enclose a copy of your original receipt or invoice with your return.

The returned item will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned items are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent if shipping exceeds 2 pounds.

Lifetime Guarantee on German Square or Oval Quilt Hoops

If you have purchased one of our German Square or Oval Quilt Hoops, we are offering a Lifetime Guarantee against breakage with normal use. That’s how much we love and stand by the quality of these hoops.

We will replace your hoop for the price of shipping, if you return the hoop and a copy of your original receipt or invoice to:
