Young and old, women and men are joining the long tradition of quilting. Our grandmothers would be pleased to see that this craft, once for the purpose of keeping warm on a cold night, has blossomed into a vehicle for fellowship, creativity, and beauty.




This quilt was made by paper piecing, using the Little Bits pattern "Feathered Star" by Cindi Edgerton. The finished wall quilt is 35" by 35" and is made from various purple and blue/green batiks. It was pieced and machine quilted by Barbara Beabes. You can find paper piecing patterns under the category of "Quilting Patterns" on our storefront (home page).
